Dermapen is a micro needling method that initiates the skin's own, natural healing mechanism by opening hundreds of micro channels on the skin surface with a vibrating device with multiple millimeters at its tip.
How does Dermapen application work?
The aim of this treatment is to provide skin rejuvenation with small epidermal damage and minor wounds. During the application, needles with a length of 0.5-2.5mm and 250-500 microchannels are formed in 1cm² in the upper skin. Each of these channels is perceived as a wound in the skin. The skin restores itself to close these wounds, increasing blood circulation and secreting various growth factors. In addition, various vitamins, enzymes applied to the skin surface during the procedure are used to deliver the subcutaneous microchannels. Consequently, hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin production is triggered and skin regeneration occurs in that area.

After the treatment, mild pinking, small bleeding areas and burning sensation will decrease within 6 hours and disappear spontaneously within 1 -2 days. Protect from the sun after the procedure. It is recommended to avoid excessive sports, hot shower, sauna, bath and solarium for two days.
How many sessions are performed and how often is Dermapen applied?
Depending on the application purpose and the operation area, 2-10 sessions are applied. Between two procedures is 1-4 weeks.
When does the effect begin to appear?
After an average of 6 weeks after the procedure, the observed results begin and the maximum effect is obtained in 3 months. The result is permanent.
